Default Update: Royal Gorge Defaults on $16.8 million Loan
Royal Gorge properties were handed into receivership to Douglas Wilson on August 2. www.douglaswilson.com/latest-news/new-assignment-royal-gorge-–-douglas-p-wilson-appointed-as-receiver The period to cure default has run its course, and it appears the property will proceed to sale.
Please consider working with land trusts to help preserve and protect Royal Gorge properties, Van Norden Meadow, and Donner Summit from continued threat of inappropriate development.
